During the spring of 2010 we will be including short videos of select brokerage offerings. They will be typically a minute or so long and produced in medium quality for widest possible distribution.
These videos will provide the information you need- a view of the boat as if you are right there on board in person. And best yet, they are available when you need them!
1978 Marine Trader 36' Sedan

Recent upgrades; dark green Awlgrip hull, soda blast bottom & new paint, re-balanced prop, new aluminum fuel tanks, new Garmin 44S color plotter with depth/temp, new Princess electric oven, new bridge cushions and more. The Marine Trader 36 is a sedan style trawler built in Taiwan which features a complete teak interior, walk-around decks and a very affordable price tag. They are heavily built on a solid fiberglass hull with hard aft chines, a flared bow, and a long propeller protecting keel. Forward, there are two private staterooms and head with bath tub. In this layout, the galley is up. Upper and lower helms. Mechanicals include a single economical Lehman diesel, 5KW generator and a Vetus bow thruster for ease of handling. No window leaks!
1967 Tiffany Glebe 36 Fisherman
Outstanding offering! Wooden hull has been well maintained, stored under cover and updated with modern systems. Last survey found no hull/cabin/deck deficiencies! Power is twin Crusader 327 HP FI FWC engines with only 350 hours. 16 to 18 knot cruise. Glebe 36 is carvel planked with mahogany over oak frames and monel fastened. Varnished transom. Other equipment includes A/C, heat (for late season fishing), a complete flybridge enclosure, bow pulpit with Good windlass & Danforth anchor, hydraulic steering, electric trim tabs, rod storage and rod holders. New distribution panel & 120/12 volt wiring. Electronics includes Raytheon autopilot, Garmin GPS/chart plotter/fishfinder and VHF radio.
1997 Camano 31 Fast Trawler
CANADIAN GOOSE is a fine example of the Camano 31 fast-trawler, loaded with options, and in pristine condition. Powered with a single 200hp Volvo diesel (with 780 hours) the Camano cruises easily at 10-13 knots. Bow thruster for excellent handling around the dock. The flybridge with bimini top and storage cover features seating for 6 and a great view. The lower control station has excellent visibility along with the added comfort of heat or A/C depending on the season. Electronics including autopilot, GPS/Plotter, radar, VHF radio, Dell nav. computer (available separately), DVD player and stereo. Large master V-berth, enclosed head & shower, galley with microwave, Force 10 propane stove and oven, stainless sink & refrigerator. A large L-shaped dinette converts into a sleeper for your guests.
